After achieve our goal with our online auction site, and with the continued objective of reach our goals, and to be in the front line of the market in the second hand range, we are proud of our last initiative which has been took by our General Manager.
As is well known, machinery, especially second hand and workshop area is a male gender range. Machinery used must be downloaded, repaired, cleaned and loaded in a mint condition and match with requirement of our stringent quality department and their quality standards.
This new initiative includes women recruitment for those tasks for workshop, considering those remaining departments already have women. So we can count with Toñi, Anais and Chelo’s affection and unconditional support.
Currently they are prepared to do same tasks with the dedication so we are sure that they will not be the last women to be recruited for workshop.
