The Universal Pressant is always used when depalletizer cans and glass containers or shovels are due. So that nothing happens to them to products, packaging depalletiser push all work smoothly. This is possible thanks to its positioning drives that protect both the products and the machine.

Operating principle

After removing the insurance, the pallets are fed into the machine. A probe sensor measures the actual height of the upper respective layer.

Considering possible tolerances between containers, each layer determines the optimum point stop growing again. The push trolley is positioned above the layer while the pallet load is stabilized focusing the second layer from above. Then the pushing carriage subject the upper layer on all four sides. The Pressant 1N pushes on an intermediate plate

The sandwich plate, inverted trays and frames stabilizers are taken and removed by an extractor device.
