The machine structure is designed through tubular columns profile and sheet metal seals, very robust at the same time, guides the movement of the head and strapping channel guides

The structure allows the placement of various types of trolleys head, depending in the function of each head model, so the  measurements of the structure does not vary and the overall system performance does not vary either.

The head is installed so that it is tilting, ie, has a small lateral displacement when flected allowing better compensation of strap tension.

The head moving in the direction of approaching the pallet to be strapped, is carried through the air cylinder with a 300 mm. There positioning controls and ensuring good cast strip.
